Ten Years of FIDM Museum Acquisitions, 2000-2010<\/em><\/a>, the exhibition includes 175 donated and purchased garments and   accessories worn by women, men, and children spanning 1800 to 2010.<\/p>\n<p>FABULOUS! highlights include: a   luxurious embroidered court suit worn by composer Johann Hummel, a   Redfern court gown with regulation eleven-foot-long train (see above), and a   museum-commissioned lace peacock motif Alexander McQueen couture gown (pictured at left), among others.<\/p>\n<p>The CSA special program includes both illustrated presentations by curatorial staff as well as a tour. Highlights include an inside look at the   <em>Fabulous!<\/em> exhibition planning process by curator Kevin Jones and a close-up analysis of the  Madame Olympe gown by Danielle Killam, assistant  registrar.<\/p>\n<p>Happily, there is still space for those interested.
