I continually find myself grateful to all the wonderful contributors for their hard work and diligence!<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>&#8220;The most noteworthy reference titles published in 2016 have been named to the <strong>2017 <a href=\"http:\/\/rusa.ala.org\/update\/awards\/outstanding-reference-sources\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?hl=en&amp;q=http:\/\/rusa.ala.org\/update\/awards\/outstanding-reference-sources\/&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1486012107796000&amp;usg=AFQjCNGMTY_m0M0wlfwOZUAse__Wwd4abQ\">Outstanding References Sources List<\/a><\/strong>, an annual list selected by experts of the Collection Development and Evaluation Section (CODES) of the Reference and User Services Association (RUSA), a division of the <b>American Library Association <\/b>(ALA). The list was announced January 22, at ALA\u2019s Midwinter Meeting in Atlanta.<\/p>\n<p>The Outstanding Reference Sources Committee was established in 1958 to recommend the most outstanding reference publications published the previous year for small and medium-sized public and academic libraries. <b>The selected titles are valuable reference resources and are highly recommended for inclusion in any library\u2019s reference collections.&#8221;<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Included on this list is <strong>\u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/2kq02Dl\">Clothing and Fashion: American Fashion from Head to Toe<\/a>.\u201d <\/strong>by Jose Blanco F., Mary D. Doering, Patricia Hunt-Hurst, and Heather Vaughan Lee, editors.
